End of an Era

So the day has finally arrived. Time to separate from the mother ship. Dustin has finally changed system for managing their online business.

We’ve had a very long and successful journey together. Dacsa has been the core of Dustin for several decades. It is were it all began for us and we have been very fortunate to be able to develop our solution in such a creative and demanding environement. Using the Dacsa application Dustin has grown from virutally nothing to an enterprise with more than 6 billion SEK in revenue. All managed through the Dacsa application. In such an environment there is no room for mistakes or failures. Every outage costs millions in lost revenues. Which is why there haven’t been any outages – we just can’t allow it. Dustin is one the most reliable suppliers there are when it comes to accurate and timely deliveries. But it’s not all due to the support systems. There is also a lot of hard working, smart, dedicated people working to outperform every expectation.

I’d like to, on behalf of the entire Dacsa staff, thank everyone at Dustin for bringing us on a fantastic journey. I hope your success continues and that your new applications can further enable you to grow and prosper like you always have. Fur us this is the end of an era, but also the beginning a new.

We have just launched a new solution providing even more support for successful online selling, based on the same fantastic functionality we have developed together. The future looks very bright and we have signed up a number of new customers. We will try our outmost to make them all a new Dustin.
